$185.00 per hour self pay. See below for insurance plans accepted.
Resource Fee
Please make sure to review resource fee information (this is included in the $185.00 self pay rate) and make sure you are in agreement with this policy before scheduling.
Insurance
We recommend asking these questions of your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
Do I have a copay or coinsurance?
Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Payment
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Payment can also be completed by IVY pay which is a confidential payment system for therapists. If you choose this option, you will be sent a link to your cell phone number. You will then be able to put a card on file, update and change it at any time.
If you are paying via credit card, we ask that you complete payment before the appointment so as not to take time from our session and the therapeutic process. If you are paying by check, please make checks out to Boss Wellness, LLC. If paying by cash, this must be exact, as we do not provide change.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session. Please refer to financial policies.
Insurance Accepted
We are in network with most major insurance plans including but not limited to: Cigna, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Oscar, Aetna, Optum, UMR, Orlando Health and several other third party payers. Please contact your plan for more information on in network benefits per your plan.
