Lucky was a stray dog Shantala found in December of 2018. Lucky was scared and lost and was only a puppy! After many failed attempts to find his owners, Shantala couldn’t help but give him his forever home.

Lucky comes to work everyday and is the official office greeter of Boss Wellness, LLC! Be prepared to give him belly rubs! He insists! Please just ask permission first. 

Ellie is a Huskydoodle who came to Boss Wellness in December 2022 from the Sanford shelter! Shantala was there volunteering one day and picked up this baby girl who would not let her put her down. The rest is history, and you will be greeted with a smile and possible howl by our newest addition to the canine team!

After nine years of dedicated service to our clients, our original furry therapist is sadly no longer with us.

She was a foster from a high kill shelter in Dade County. Upon arrival, she was very sick with pneumonia and had to be hospitalized. Her health was fragile for several months. Through much love and care, Sierra became well again and was officially adopted by Shantala.

Sierra is sorely missed by her clients!
